Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of BoomNodes Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked. This applies to the one-time Pro license purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at boomnodes@raumtaucher.de with your order number (provided in your Lemon Squeezy purchase confirmation email). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Beta Access

BoomNodes is currently in a free beta phase. No payment is required during beta. This refund policy applies once paid licenses are available.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if:

• The 14-day period has expired
• There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds)

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Software for accounts that abuse the refund process.

5. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital goods purchase within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights upon download. Our 14-day refund guarantee covers and extends this statutory right.
